PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: 

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Customer can cancel their order 5 days prior to delivery.

  • 4 days before delivery, the full amount will be refunded. 
  • 3 days before delivery, 25% of the order amount will be deducted.
  • 2 days before delivery, 50% of the order amount will be deducted.
  • The day before or the same day, no refund.

Our working time is from 7am to 11pm, any cancellation sent after 6 pm will be considered as sent on next day.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We will refund fully or partially if:

  • The wrong product was sent.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in delivery – please make sure the product is in proper condition when you receive it. Once the delivery person leaves, no complaints will be accepted.

If because of any reason, a customer requests a rescheduling of an order, then we will handle this on case-to-case basis.

However, such requests are required to be given at least 24 hours before actual delivery.

Cake flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after cake has been accepted and delivered or picked up will not be honored.

Our cakes are exceptionally moist. Keep in mind to refrigerate them always.
